條款細則

*香港快遞安排細則：

  1. 免費派送範圍不包括：馬灣、離島區（東涌除外）、邊境禁區。
  2. 派送到偏遠地區, 例如: 元朗區、屯門區、北區、大埔區、西貢區的政府公屋、居屋、私人大型屋邨、主要商業及居民購物區地址，每單購物滿200元，運費由本公司負擔。其他偏遠地址及建築， 例如：山頂、大潭、赤柱、淺水灣...等快遞一般不派送的地址，需要另外加收90元送貨費用。送貨時間將額外增加1-3天。實際額外費用及送件時間將根據所採用的快遞公司對外公佈的標準彌定。如需免費派送，建議客戶選擇順豐自取站領取。
  3. 只免費派送到有電梯直達的多層大廈地址。如需走樓梯，每層加收港幣30元，由客戶現場自付。
  4. 居住在馬灣、離島區（例如：大嶼山、長洲、南丫島、坪洲）、邊境禁區的客戶可選擇到快遞公司設立的自取地點或儲物櫃領取貨品。每單購物滿200元，運費由本公司負擔。
  5. 正常情況下，在客戶下單付款後，我公司在3天內可以安排產品送抵客戶在香港市區的地址。

 *Courier arrangement in Hong Kong:

  1. Free delivery, if qualified, does not applied to addresses in Ma Wan, outlying islands (except Tung Chung), restricted zones such as Sha Tau Kok.
  2. We deliver to major business & residential areas in Hong Kong, which includes public or large scale private housing estates in Yuen Long district, Tun Mun district, North district, Tai Po district & Sai Kung district.   An additional $90 per delivery and extra 1-3 days will be applied for remote villages and buildings in the above districts named, as well as in places such as Hill Top, Repulse Bay, Tai Tam, Stanley...(addresses not normally served by courier companies).  Please consider using Self collection spots operated by SF Express if you live in a remote address.
  3. Free delivery only to building address served by a lift.  Customers may be asked to pay an additional HK$30 per floor by the courier if the address is not accessible with a lift.  Please consider using Self collection spots in this case. 
  4. Residents in Ma Wan, outlying islands, restricted zones please choose to collect in self collection spots operated by SF express.  We provide free delivery to these spots for orders over HK$200.
  5. We pledge to deliver goods to all addresses within 3 days upon receiving order confirmation and payment.

 

*Courier arrangement in Singapore：

  1. To be sent out by Pioneer Medident (SE Asia) Pte. Ltd.
  2. Client to pay courier company directly upon receiving package.
  3. Courier rate to be applied at SGD 5 per 5kg and is subject to adjustment by the courier company.

 

*中國內地快遞安排細則：

  1. 中國內地的快遞將統一由健亞醫療科技（上海）有限公司寄出。
  2. 正常情況下，使用德邦快遞負責運送。
  3. 快遞採用到付形式。收費按照德邦快遞對外公佈的標準收費。
  4. 請顧客提供準確的姓名、電話、地址，以便聯絡送貨。
